Gap 1 (rehydrating a2ui surfaces from restored activity history) is correct, reuses existing primitives, and mirrors the live aggregator shape; gap 2's cross-run routing was removed in 596b7bd, so the earlier surfaceId-keyed regression is gone, but issue #5348's gap 2 remains. One blocking change: `a2ui.mdx:83` still claims surfaces aren't rehydrated, which this PR invalidates, and the doc isn't updated; the PR description is also stale against the final commit. Recommend merge after the docs line is fixed.
